This STRENGTH class is for those who are looking to increase full-body strength.
Individual classes will consist of varying rep ranges to get the most out of each muscle group, with rest time between sets to recover and maximise performance.
After completing the warm up to activate the key muscle groups of the body, clients will be given a series of strength exercises using dumbbells and resistance bands in this full-body workout.
Exercise technique beats speed and intensity in this class – and our science-based protocols will take you through a balanced, inspiring training programme aimed at promoting long-term strength and endurance.
